However, I can provide you with an itemized receipt, which is called a “Superbill.” You can use this to file a claim yourself with your insurance company. This is the form they usually require. Please understand that I cannot guarantee reimbursement, so please verify terms with your insurance company prior to your first appointment if filing is important to you.

Yes. I offer virtual counseling through a HIPAA compliant telehealth platform. You’ll need a computer, tablet, or smartphone and a reliable internet connection. For your counseling to be most valuable and effective, I request you find a time and location where your attention and focus can be devoted to the session for the full 50 minutes.

I can only accept clients who are located in South Carolina.

Not at all. I welcome diversity including all races, sexualities, gender expressions, & religious beliefs. The counseling relationship is about you: your needs, your goals, your hopes. For clients who wish to include their own faith journeys in their counseling, I am comfortable going there, but I will not impose my beliefs or values onto my clients.
